A situation that most young men would hope that won’t happen to them is impotence, especially psychological impotence. There are two kinds of impotence, physical and physiological. Performance Anxiety or Psychological impotence is a very common problem in which men lose their erection when called upon to perform sexually. Psychological impotence happens because of many reasons. It can be caused by the lack of interest with the partner, doubts, communication problems, lack of sexual experience, having sex for the first time and so on.

Having a problem like psychological impotence can be devastating for men. It could negatively affect the life and creates problems like having low self esteem, avoiding sex activities, couldn’t approach woman confidently, unable to develop meaning relationship, and the worst thing that could happen is it can lead to sexual dysfunction.

From the above explanation we can draw a conclusion that psychological impotence comes from stress and if the stress is gone then the psychological impotence will be gone too. But it is easier said than done.
